A Potato

I just read that a pound of fat looks like the volume equivalent of a potato on the body.

Not happy about this revelation, not one little bit.

Years ago when I went weight watchers they had a rubber glove filled with lard weighing 7lb.

It was horrible and spurred you on to get 7lb lose stickers

Re: A Potato

Unfortunately that pound weight lost through exercise is usually water, and must be replaced......It's not so easy to lose proper fat, otherwise we would all be slimmer.....

But on the upside......The longest journey starts with the first step..........

It certainly made me rethink about the bag of crisps I put in my pack up every day!....
