Seeing as Ostend has already said that the port won't be ready for the end of March and Ramsgate has not had Ro/Ro traffic for 6 years and it also won't be ready, I'm not surprised that Arclow ferries has pulled out.

Just another brexit cock up.

You would think having a boat would be a kind of prerequisite for getting a shipping contract ? Also giving the top job to a guy already bankrupt from a shipping company would be the man to possibly avoid?

A spokeswoman said no taxpayer money had been transferred to Seaborne
The government has terminated a contract with Seaborne Freight to provide extra ferries in the event that the UK leaves the European Union without a deal in March.
