Re: Shared Motherhood

No matter what anyone says, the unbroken chain (in which each of us is fortunate to be a part), of a young man and a young lady falling in love, building a home together, having a family, and doing everything in their power to rear little ones in the best possible manner - is unrivaled and perfect in its design.

Sometimes things happen, but nothing is better.

Nothing.

A perfect post, Surfermom

Man + woman = child.
Life itself that will never naturally be tampered with.

Everything we do these days is interfering with nature.

In fact, you could say it is in our nature to interfere with nature. If we hadn't started interfering with nature, we'd still be living in caves and foraging for food.

Good luck to them, that's what I say. As long as a child is loved and nurtured, that is all that matters.

Re: Shared Motherhood

I wonder was this all done on the NHS? I sincerely hope it wasn't.... we have people on long waiting lists because of lack of funding surely using resources on this kind of thing can't be justified.

If it was NHS funded....words fail me.

Yes, I think so eventually but the ones who are being experimented on at the moment will probably suffer. I suppose that's why we have all the new rules about what we can and cannot say. All I know is, if I had had two mums or two dads when I was at school, my life would have been hell.
