Hmmm.... I can see how doing yoga with a dog would force you to be 'gentle', but really?

Which of those exercises would you be most likely to do? I think I'd be most suited to the Ravercise lol

Dance - thats the best exercise - cant do that now !

Cycling in water? It's only creating resistance - you could do that by changing gears on a bike can't you? Not sure what the water is doing other than that.

The woman doing Doga needs certifying.

The Viking one my son would love but I don't think I'd want arms that looked like those

I think for overall fitness, I'd go for the dance one - that's a good, all body workout which I'd really enjoy (shortly before spending some time in the CCU )

Being a Northumbrian in not over keen on Vikings, and as to dancing well i give dads a bad name. Im a sofa sloth and proud of it, now wheres me helmet and whippet.

Me too matey, I sit in armchair with my feet raised and waggle my toes - that's about as much exercise I can do.
