Re: 2016 - What are your fitness goals for this year?

I gave up smoking almost a year ago, and now I am trying to lose the extra weight, but it will have to go with just keeping the house clean and a bit of walking and gardening.

I don't really have any 'goals' they can frequently be too ambitious and lead to failure leaving a person feeling dispirited and worse off then they were before they started.

Moderation in all things I will stick to that which I do now , moderate exercise daily (walking 3 miles a day in the summer according to my pedometer) and eating a well balanced healthy diet .

You can come and keep my house clean if you want to burn a few extra calories!
