Yet another scam email

Just received this email obvious scam, of course the financial director of Facebook uses a hotmail account


"Dear facebook account owner,
We gladly notify you from facebook that you have won $500,000 prize
through your facebook account from the second category of the ongoing
facebook online promotion.Your facebook account email address was justified
as the winner from the selection of over 10,000,000 individuals and
companies facebook account extracted from the facebook database.

You will receive the money from Mr David Wehner,the Facebook chief
financial officer after due procedures.
Kindly contact Mr David Wehner via email on
david.michaelwehner@hotmail.com for the procedures and requirements to
receive the money

Re: Yet another scam email

My wife had a text a couple of days ago, purportedly from Tesco. Looked and sounded very plausable, until it asked for a small fee for the cost of postage of the new Samsung Galaxy S10 and hence her credit card details. I'm amazed at just how realistic it looked in terms of Tesco logo, layout and font and subsequent graphics and selection boxes for the phone. If I hadn't spotted the anomalous "sponsor", I might have fallen for it.
