Re: Bath or Shower

I mostly use the shower, I can get very dusty working out in the shed, especially when I have to polish stuff. I like a bath now and then but I always have it in the back of my mind the time the brother in law fell asleep in our bath, we had to break the door in, he nearly drowned, stupid man, he was so relaxed he dozed of, I am not kidding you, we still call him 'Sleepy' after that.

Re: Bath or Shower

Our shower is one of those over the bath - no shower cubicle unfortunately. Hubby once was showering in there and slipped resulting in him having 3 fractured ribs. Since then we have a slip-mat in the bath for showering. Do any of you have a shower like that and use a slip-mat?

Re: Bath or Shower

Mostly always a shower every morning (night time too if I've been doing anything mucky). A bath only very occasionally.

Never had any spare cash to have a separate shower fitted

Re: Bath or Shower

I have a seat in my shower, inherited it from the last tenant, it gets in the way, if you sit on it the water doesn't reach you!(If I got it taken out the wall would have to be re-tiled) I do miss a good soak in the bath even though I couldn't get out!

Walk in the rain a lot, does that count?

I don't shower because to get properly in all the Nooks and Crannies, I would have to do a one handed Hand Stand, leaving one hand free for the Luffa.

Re: Bath or Shower

I shower every morning before work. I brush my teeth every morning and every night before bed. I wash my hair only every 2 or 3 days. I like a hot bath in the evening if I'm feeling chilled. I wash my hands before I eat or prepare food.. and after every potty trip.. There.... that's my hygiene schedule..
