The headphones are a bit big Patsy, but I sleep on my back, I'm sure you can get smaller ones, if not you could always cut out a hole in your pillow.
I hope you remove them before you go to the loo, if your wife sees you (or your shadow) in the half light, she'll think she's about to be ravished by a Cyberman.

Re: Snoring

My dog snores like a pig but I'm so used to it now that I only wake up when she stops. The was a time when if she wasn't snoring it worried me so much I'd get out of bed and check that she was still breathing.

Are you not seated in bed Jem? Surely you can't watch tv lying down?

Re: Snoring

My son used to snore badly and I thought it was due to his nose damage
when he was younger. He kept falling and tripping up and normally
landed on this face. Yes I know. He also became quite a heavy chap so
have heard that being overweight can add to the snoring in someone.
Now because he has to take these horrible tablets which can make you
anorexic, he has lost stones. Now he doesn't snore at all.
So they say that weight can make you snore also laying on your back.
Also bending your head forward when you sleep so keep your head leaning
backwards. Feel sorry for anyone not getting their kip. That's why I
sleep alone. Apart from a snoring cat I have who sneaks on my bed and
wakes me up occasionally

Somehow when you're lying beside someone who makes noises similar to a Bullock chained to a wall on market day, crumpet is the last thing on your mind.

Re: Snoring

One of my cats snores and she doesn't have to be completely asleep to do it. She'll be 3 years old in April
