C'mon, admit it! do you cook your own Yorkshire Puds or are they Aunt Bessie's?

Hee, Hee, I will confess, I haven't cooked my own Yorkshire Puds since good ol' Aunt Bessie brought out the "cooked to perfection in just four minutes" Yorkshire Puddings.

They are brilliant as far as I am concerned, they taste nice, are lovely and crispy, (although when the 4 minutes are up, I turn them upside down for 1 minute more for the bottoms to crisp to perfection. don't like soggy bottom Yorkshires). I don't know whether I have become lazier as I have aged or I just want an easier life when doing dinners other than having to make and mix batters.

How about you? do you make your own or are you a lazy cow like me and opt for an easy life by taking your Yorkshires out of the freezer?

Aunt Bessies, they are so much better than my own, which I can never get to rise.

I confess, I am an Aunt B fan as well.
My cooking has changed quite a lot since there is only me. I don't make cakes for just myself for a start.
I do make bake dog treats every weekend for my pooches though - at least they are content and still love me!

Either frozen ones, or if no room I buy the pack of 6 chilled from either Sainsburys or Morrisons. True there is usually waste, but hey ho!
