“Three great forces rule the world: stupidity, fear and greed.”
Albert Einstein.

Some experts believe the virus has an airborne element in the way it spreads.

There is much the experts have yet to understand. Making claims then backtracking is not helpful. Definitive answers are not imminent.

I see Trump is encouraging a cull of the week and the poor. Money rules!

Re: Fools and coronavirus

Its obvious it spreads more where there people are crowded together . Hence the poor who live in cramped accommodation will be more at risk.
If you are weak ie old or vulnerable its obvious you are are likely to succumb.
Where exactly is he encouraging a cull of the latter groups?

All leaders need to be careful about the choices they make,
that could mean the difference between tens of thousands of fatalities …and millions of fatalities.

Hi

Some countries are doing much better than others and some are still not learning from best practice.

Re: Fools and coronavirus

What is Germany doing that we are not ?

Sweden has no lockdown but has less infection rates than us .

Australia and New Zealand have very few cases .

Spain has had draconian lockdown but has one of the highest infection rates going ?

So what are we to learn from all this ?

Re: Fools and coronavirus

I see that in the infamous Paris Banlieue of Villeneuve-la-Garenne the immigrants are even more revolting than usual.

The name "Banlieue " used to mean little more than a self administered suburb but now in the case of major cities it's an Islamic colony - with all the horrors that come with them.

The claim is that some kid on a motorbike was killed in an accident with an unmarked police car when he should have been at home under the restrictions imposed on all of us by the Chinese plague.

There's a lot of antagonism over this, for one thing there is the belief that Covid-19 is Allah punishing infidels and any interference in this "gift from Allah" is blasphemous (you couldn't make it up) and since this is ram it in nobody has the right to tell them what to do.

Just wonder what else these ---- people --- are going to do.
