Mary berry Caesar dressing !

I quite like tesco Caesar dressing but thought I'd give Mary's a go, sat down with my leafy bowl and had a little dressing on it at 9pm, started itching about twenty minutes later and was in a&e by 10, treated and held until 4am.

Who puts chilli in Caesar dressing ? I've eaten it for years tesco never did ! Taught me to read all labels I can tell you !



Nurses and doctors thought it was funny I think I made their night when they realised the fragrant Mary berry tried to kill me

Too eventful last night I'm sure when I die it'll be food related allergy especially if they put chilli in Caesar dressing

My wife has similar problems - she's OK with chilli, but the slightest amount of black pepper (which I love!) and her mouth blisters and she goes into anaphylactic shock. She once spent 4 days in hospital after eating a steak bake.

It's really scary when food causes such a reaction isn't it ? Steven was I think more worried than me.

That is not good Julie. At least you brought a bit of amusement to A&E.

Last week I was having problems with blisters on the inside of my mouth, tongue and my lips swelled. I don't know what it was as we were only having salads, fruit and yogurts. It hasent happened since but I will be checking carefully the dressings in future.
