This series seems to have been completely airbrushed out. Not just not available for DVD, download, but completely cleansed from the internet. Can anyone else remember this lavish series? Anyone tried to acquire it?
I think the Powers that Be are wishing it never happened but I think it's important for generations to know about all history.
You might find a DVD set in a specialist retro shop. They seem to find all sorts of series somehow.

Thank you.
I thought you meant The Brittas Empire first of all but I do vaguely remember it. As you say, it's probably been erased from history along with a lot of other things.
It was narrated by Robert Hardy. I simply can't believe the denial and arrogance in pretending that it never existed. I've tweeted to BBC, as no other way of getting them to respond. I'm not going to give up on this.

I don't remember it, but the British Empire was nothing to be proud of at all.
Hi again. That’s the Art Malik version, not the 1972 series edited by Robert Hardy.
Sorry, l will search some more.
I found it in the USA, but, what a price!!!
I also know some dealers in old DVDs, leave it with me, I will get back to you.
