Re: Exit Poll - A Labour Catastrophe

An observation

The results that are appearing, for me, show very clearly that there must have been a great many people who DID NOT vote in the referendum but who likely wished they had done so later on.

There are clearly many 1000s more BrExiteers out there than the 17.4m that voted and thus the notion portrayed that Leave vs Remain is a close thing is a nonsense.
Yes, in the actual referendum it was 17.4m Leavers but looking at the anger expressed in this election the number of Leavers must actually be very substantially higher.

This election is showing clearly that a huge number of UK citizens want out of the EU.

If we had, had a 2nd referendum it would doubtless have been highlighted but obviously that couldn't happen for democratic reasons.

What we are seeing today is a stark reaction by Leavers to the establishment and to Remainiacs that they are really p*ssed off that democracy has been ignored and subverted for 3 years and that we're not going to stand for it.

That's the real reason for this result coupled with the obvious fact that Corbyn is and always has been totally unelectable.

Down to Boris now.

Big responsibility on his shoulders to deliver a proper BrExit.

If he doesn't . . . . . . well it won't be pretty !

Re: Exit Poll - A Labour Catastrophe

Hi

I am a natural Labour Supporter.

I have only ever voted Tory once, to get rid of Blair.

There is no sodding way, ever, that I would have Voted for Corbyn.

I am a Socialist, I believe in a fairer distribution of wealth to those who genuinely cannot work.

I am willing to pay more Tax to achieve this.

Corbyn is a huge danger, Goodbye.

Problem is in being able to assess who truly is unable to work. Needs tons of man power to assess people and 1000s of people know how to play that game, what to say, what to do in order to convince assessors that they can't work.

It's never going to be a great system as a result

Hi

Nope, it really is quite simple.

I was adjudged to be be unable to walk or work again in 1991, spent two years on benefits.

I returned to work in 1993, limited duties, part time. and 7 years on crutches with a rigid leg brace.

A part time job.

I left my prescribed wheelchair in the Hospital and walked out, in great pain, on crutches.

I am 53% Disabled for life, I had to go to Appeal to prove I was fit for work.

Some of the others in the incident genuinely cannot work, no matter how much they try.

I feel for them, I really do.

Scammers are easy to find out, they deserve sod all.

Unfortunately the system is wrong.

This is not the fault of those genuinely unable to work.

It is not Rocket Science to sort out the Con Merchants from those who genuinely cannot wok.

We must also not forget those, mostly women, who give up working to care for Family Members.

They are not skivers, they are an asset to Society.

The system is wrong, we need to change it.

John McDonnell is definitely a huge danger. In fact, probably worse than Corbyn.
