Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Last night was a scotch pie, with carrot, a corn cob, and fried potato and onion, with gravy.

Tonight will finish up the crispy potato slices (with grated cheese speinkled over) and the second chicken kiev.

Have already prepped today’s main meal, and unsure whether to do lunch time, or evening. Sausages are defrosting, potato has been peeled, and onions chopped.

Guess what I’m having, lol??

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

I didn't enjoy today's lunch .. crispy spring rolls (cooked in the oven not fried in oil) with a homemade hot chilli dipping sauce.
I decided to add some spinach left over from yesterday's pasta dish to the mixture of vegetables inside the rolls and it didn't work.

I ate the rolls just the same thinking how much goodness there was in the mixture of 6 vegetables they contained .

Roll on teatime, homemade bread roll with egg and cress.

That sounds healthy Swim! I like the idea of something wrapped in cabbage leaves, but what kind of cabbage do you use ,as I always find it difficult to seal the the package?
