A year ago on my Village web site there was a photo of a traffic wardens parked as he I suppose giving out tickets.

Problem was It was a one way street and he had parked to facing the oncoming traffic.

I once took a pic of a warden parked on a double yellow, eating his sandwiches and sent it to the Council. No idea what happened though.

Obviously, we need a higher tier of traffic wardens to police the existing ones.

Yes that's true. I just wonder if there is anyone intelligent enough?
