Lee Lin Chin is the Newsreader on SBS World News (Special Broadcasting Services or Soccer Broadcasting Service, take your pick) it is the foreign language public broadcaster with an audience in the 10 of thousands compared to the mainstream channels who are in the 100s of thousands or millions. Generally speaking to work for SBS you have to be an ethnic minority and speak another language. Lee Lin Chin is from Indonesia.

SBS has even less money than the ABC. To be quite honest the fact that SBS can afford the rights to Eurovision and soccer tells you a lot about the popularity of them both here.

SBS is the place to go if you want to watch foreign language films with a lot of sex and nudity

I was surprised Australia can now take part, seems maybe America & China might be also.
I did like the Australian song though, she has a lovely voice.
I didn't like the song that won, far too dark & gloomy.
