I'm a light sleeper and only sleep for around 4½ - 5½ hours a night. It was a bit less tonight because I was woken up by the smoke alarm's low-battery warning beep. There was no ignoring it. So, got up, changed the battery and looked in here.

Wow, I don't get a chance to be a night-owl. I am in bed at 2200 hours each night & wake up at 0530 hours, 7 days a week. And if I shut off the alarm & try to catch extra sleep, my critters wake me up at 0530 hours for breakfast.

I usually turn off the TV and the lights about 12:30 am; sleep till 8 if I have errands to run, till 9 if I'm just staying in. My Leia cat is very good at not waking me; sleeps contentedly by my side till I get up .... unlike some previous felines!

Oh well, . . that's another day gone bye, . . the days are getting longer too, . . as you get older time seems to pass very quickly don't it, . . anyways, I shall now hit the hay, . . night all.

Oh my, . . what a night, it's as wild as a hen party here, . . . I thought the window was coming in just now the wind is blowing so hard, . . it's coming straight from norse land across the north sea, . . . I'm off to have a cuppa then try and get the head down for a bit, . . hope to see yez tomorrow.
