What are these all about?
All l know is they pop balloons with either pink or blue confetti in them.

I thought Baby Showers were a bit OTT but now.... Gender Reveal Parties....

I asked my children if they’d heard of ‘Gender Reveal Parties’. My son who lives in Australia says they are huge over there.
He said, you send the gender results to a company and they organise it.

He said, he’s been to a couple of them and the father’s face of disappointment when it’s a girl is mad.

How terrible is that?

Took a while for the penny to drop. Thought it was some kind of weirdo party in which attendees announced their own personal gender.

I think it would be good fun....just a reason for everyone to get together and celebrate As long as it doesn't get out of hand because baby showers are big business now....hope these gender parties don't go the same way.

Not just boy and girl but also gender neutral, non binary, etc.
