To have a group, which should be non political, in control of what gets fixed next, or what gets sidelined for ever, is never going to make anything happen.
Thinking back across Brexit progress, and various other projects, I am sure that the Civil Service has stuffed them all.(much of the stuffing not accidental?)
Don't even want to think about the building a sensible process around Covid, PFE, etc., who would be doing the building?

slow things down a bit. But the CVs can actually lose a project if
they want??
