Well Norway, I at least have to wait til I've been to the fracture clinic (which is this Friday), but I wanted to take myself away over Easter. Not being able to drive (not insured with a cast), coupled with cold weather, put paid to that.

I don't think, at the moment, that I could cope with luggage for booking a holiday with my left arm pretty well useless. Will certainly wait til I have the all clear, or at least get an idea this Friday if it's healing ok.

Well it's nice to have temperatures of 18-20 degrees with some sunshine. I think this impulse was a good one!

I am going on a "Posting Holiday", I need a rest.. I will lye on my lylo sipping cocktails, watching stuff unfold, and wait to see if opinion becomes fact.

Hi ,,, new here ,, but \iv just come back from Turkey,,, weather wasnt amazing but the change of atmosphere and slightly warmer climbs was all I needed,,, Im sure you will have a wonderful time,,

Hello, blondieblueyes, and welcome! I reckon with the winter we have had, ANYTHING warmer and a bit sunnier is a boon at the moment! I've had some lovely walks around old haunts and in madder moments wonder about spending some more extended time here after retiring to learn Spanish properly since past efforts are always forgotten due to little use. But I don't think my dog would enjoy the traveling to get here

Forget my post at no. 12. I have, on impulsive, booked a coach trip to Wales, and yes I will probably still be wearing a cast when I go! Can't wait.
