Re: Kayaking in Australia!!

Australia is a very dangerous place,if you let it,it will kill you?
If you are carefull you will be fine, this bloke was an idiot, whoever dropped him off should be charged with negligence too?
Some people cannot be educated, common sense is a bonus if you are lucky to have it,I watched a bloke get taken in the Northern Territory in 1981,he was swimming in the South Alligator River? he was drunk and stupid,he just slid off the edge of the riverbank.a 4 foot drop to the mud then he went for a swim,he just went, gone, vanished underwater,no big bang,no big splash or screams for help,he said nothing, just went under and he was gone, only 21 and recently married, but not an ounce of common sense.

Re: Kayaking in Australia!!

No crocs or gators here. Kayaks are common.
There's gators in the US but they are about a thousand miles or more from CA.
It's a funny story, the guy made it at least.
I'd love to see a big crocodile.
