Yes, it would only work with a repetitive sort of movement like clouds, water or perhaps plants blowing in the wind. Of course, the car could always be parked in water with with clouds moving around in the sky.

I've seen some good ones but they are expensive. I also might get fed up with the movement and end up turning it off.

I've got a couple of 3D bookmarks and a 3D postcard-size picture. Quite effective aren't they?
