Uncle Joe - the mind boggles at the challenge of a Yorkshire pudding sandwich, but I would have a go at sharing one with you.

What does hot pickled red cabbage go with - or not go with? - darned if I know.
No Rena darlin' - one each - think of a yorkshire pudding the same size as your dinner plate with slices of roast beef and an onion gravy then another pud on top again with slices of beef and onion gravy and then a pile of chips on top - LUVERLY GRUB!!!

Pickled red cabbage goes very well with a sunday roast - as Easter is almost upon us, Roast Turkey perhaps and pickled cabbage as one of the veg on the plate.
