Guilt Free Chocolate?

Scientists believe they may have found a way to produce chocolate with only 50% of saturated fat by using fruit juice, amongst other things, instead of fats but claim the chocolate will still have all the qualities that it is loved for - but the taste will be slightly different.

No because it's the sugar that is the problem for most people the fat is not the main problem.

I heard, on a programme, a couple of weeks ago that dieticians have now changed their minds about fat (their words, not mine) and it's now the sugar that does the damage.
