I dont mind being called ratbag its my husbands endearment for me ,glad somebody else does not fancy having spit on their food , night all

Turns my stomach just looking at food covered in "foam"

I'd never heard of it or seen it until someone put up the images. If I received a meal like that I'd send it back, it looks revolting.

Some chefs on Masterchef call it 'spume' which I think sounds worse than foam and too much like sputum for my liking
It ties in well with the cuckoo spit though
