Yoo Hoo! (waving like mad over here)
I have posted what I wrote in my profile. Feel free to skip if you lose the will to live halfway through......Very boring person. Born 1950. Nurse & midwife now retired and out of date. Mind you, we didn't need to be told to wash our hands in my day. Married in 1975 and still with original husband. Now there is just the 2 of us, we have moved to a smaller house and are still trying to fit everything in.
Hobbies: Love: cooking. knitting aran, knit all hubby's socks. Crochet, and tapestry. Have just started crafting in a small way and have made all our Christmas decorations myself this year. It has been my first experience with a hot glue gun and I have the blisters to show for it.
Gave up smoking in 2009 and haven't been well since.
We have both gained weight following a bereavement and have just started stopping the rot... healthy eating and exercise. Our poor old labrador is still in shock, going for extra walks.
