When I first started this job 30 years ago, my then supervisor was training me..he would go into the laundry and say to the girls in there, “ we’ve come to fix your washer and your kettle “, they would then say, “ there’s nothing wrong with the kettle “, to which he’d reply” good, I take two sugars “,....
