Just a baked potato with beans and cheese, but I'll enjoy it more than spicy food which tends to cause me all sorts of problems. Not even keen on the taste.

But hope you have a lovely meal doc and no after effects.

Home made soup with home made olive bread .

Not really that hungry at the moment.
It's lovely having the freedom of not having to cook a large meal for a family and eat if I don't want want to.

Probably a Madras curry and rice (two separate containers) bought from Iceland. Good value and a quick meal to get ready.

Tried a new place out for Sunday dinner today, The Watermill at South Milford, it's a hotel really but serve excellent food.
I started with Sweet Potato Soup followed by Locally reared Turkey with Broccoli, carrots, Mangetoutes ? and a scattering of roasties. For dessert, Chocolate sponge smothered in a tasty chocolate custard......Delicious, will definitely pay a return visit in the near future.
