Hi Jim - I gather you are the one on the phone to them, its down to me and because Hubs used to be the name on the bill, wouldn't entertain me ! So, better in joint names
Just need your husband to write and tell them to deal with you Patsy, we had to do that when Steven had a stroke and couldn't cope with the phone I can do any phoning now.

We've never had that problem Patsy... If my wife calls she just says her name and the address and since the accounts are in the names of Mr. and Mrs. Murray they will deal with either of us.
We address people Mr. & Mrs. So & So, figuring nobody else on that street has the same surname but I can see all your points & yes Julie, you are so easy going, ha ha.
