The first one the Shield Bug comes into the house on the washing and jumps around making it difficult to catch.

Thanks, Meg, try not to touch them though, they stink. It's a reflex action to stop themselves from being eaten, they probably taste foul too.

Yes I avoid touching them in my hand Tiff I use a duster
One went down my top not long ago I managed to get it out smell free
