You can make a cake in a mug in a microwave, but, I lost the recipe & some one left the cake out in the rain, it had green icing on it.

Just made a batch of Vanilla Cupcakes. Removed the centres, filled the centres with freshly whipped cream and jam and piped the remaining whipped cream over the tops. I put 12 in a large tupperware box into the fridge only one hour ago, had a visit from two of my gorillas, and between them and HWMO, now have only five left! Oh well, when they're gone, they're gone. I'll make some more tomorrow. Maybe Lemon Cupcakes filled with Lemon Curd and whipped cream, with Lemon Icing topping.

I bought some Lemon Curd a couple of weeks ago, having not tasted it for years, did my self a sarnie and was surprised how runny it was, don't remember it like that so now its in the fridge.
