My Casey died just two months ago as well, and I still fret over losing him, as I miss him so much.I touched on a kitten I found in the road in a topic not long ago and, now I know how kind everybody is about animals, perhaps I will tell the story of Ben, who died at 6 weeks old.
It is so hard to lose them.

They've all died since then and you know what, Billie is an absolute sweetheart now. He's not a "house" cat as he comes in for a feed and a sleep then takes off again, but he's affectionate when he wants a feed.
I don't mind, but he's not one for being picked up and cuddled, but he does kiss me on my cheek, so we've come an awful long way.
