The Coast of England and their peoples

Just giving this a second whirl and wondered whether this traditional England still exists - the series was released in 2012 I believe; Is it still there - particularly the people and their way of life??

Many coastal towns have been used as somewhere to send unemployed for some strange reason understood only by the people doing it. It has made a huge impact on many areas and not for the good.
