I am saying that it matters not what leave think they voted for, we will not have free trade with the EU. We will have to pay something no matter what. We are a trading nation and they are a large chunk of our trade.

Quite simply, I am sure that other countries will wish to agree trade deals with us once we have begun to trade under WTO rules.
Even Germany, although in the EU, will certainly still be eager to sell us their cars. They are aware that there will be competition from Japan and the far east.
What aces do we hold that will make the trading terms more favourable than what we have with the EU? How are we going to avoid a plunging pound and hyperinflation, supply shortages etc?
China and India have pretty strong competitive advantages over us. Workers in both countries are still paid peanuts. How do you see us matching their strengths?
