Chinese attacks.

If this situation wasn't so serious it would be funny. Matter of fact it is funny in many ways. China has now accumulated a list of things that it is not going to buy from Australia as long as the average adult arm. And that is in small type. Coal, Agricultural goods, fresh produce, seafood, wine etc etc. It is getting stuck into us - and you - for just about everything. If we ask for a fair price for our goods..THey are furious. If we ask them to play fair on international trade ..They are furious. If we question any aspect of their disgusting human rights record..they are furious. If oppose their stomping over other countries and their people..They are fuuurious!!. If we claim the right to sail through international waters that they claim are their territory..extra furious!..And if we say Taiwan and Hong Kong have the right to govern themselves as they wish....terminally furious. If we uncover their spies in business and politics..or academia..Yep you guessed..FFFFFUUURIOUS!!. Seems to me that they spend most of their time furious. Now,,get this!!..THey are joining Russia in bucketting our armed forces. Yes some - small number - of the special forces committed some heinous crimes for which they are being weeded out, tried over and being sacked. Possibly followed by prison. So they should be. How many Russian attrocities have been committed - any time. Let alone recently. How many of them have been investigated properly or even admitted. Same with China. Australia will face the music if it has committed a genuine crime in war or peace. But we have had a gutful of these totalitarian bullies. It's just sticks and stones at the moment. But it will get worse. We will fight the bastards whatever the cost. No point in living otherwsie. Any thoughts - pro or con welcome.

It’s great that the Aussies stand up to them! They’re colonising Africa in a big way and no government here has the guts to stand up to them! Stupid governments here are selling future generations into slavery with the Chinese!

The proverbial has hit the fan now. With a top Chinese official..not just anybody..a top government dude..posting a doctored pic on twitter of an Australian soldier cutting the throat of an Afghan boy. It doesn't get any lower than that. I think the word "hypocrisy" has just been totally redefined. Scott Morrison has slammed them back and demanded an apology. As if that will come but it's a principle. I just hope in the weeks and months to come that the rest of the world has the guts to call out the Chinese regime - NOT the people in general!..Hear that Art?..The Regime.. for what it is.

Re: Chinese attacks.

Am I the only one wondering why on earth Australia and the others signed the RCEP with China - and how it's possible that the deal does not cover what China are attempting?

Looks like it could be a good question but more info needed. Not quite sure what you mean sorry. As for proof. Well Art the Chinese cartoonist/ artist - Zhou somebody - who is a mouthpiece for the regime has admitted that he "created" the picture and has indicated that he is in the process of doing another one. This was reported on the ABC this morning with the text of his actual words. If you require any more proof than that, you can look for it yourself can't you? Clearly, beyond any reasonable doubt, the picture is a fake. The Australian government and the opposition, the department of defence and the commander in chief of the Australian Defence Force have all taken 100% responsibility for the actions of a few renegade special forces soldiers who have committed war crimes in Afghanistan. The perpetrators have been identified and they have been charged and suspended from duty. THey will not be court marshalled in a military court. They are being tried in a federal court. Prime Minister Morrison and the chief of the defence force have both apologised sincerely to the Afghan people and the families of those hurt and killed. Legal proceedings are underway now and there are no delays. Of course this is a sad and shameful day for our military. They acted outide the rules of war. They acted disgracefully. NOBODY is this country has tried to cover it up or deny it since the offences were revealed. China is using this to gag Australian criticism of their disgusting human rights record and the amount of murdering that they have carried out. And Russia?! they only shoot down airliners and murder thousands of their neighbours..including in Afganistan. That's all. Give me strength!..Australian soldiers have sinned..badly. But they don't cut the throats of babies while they joke about bringing peace and freedom - as the cartoon says. We have admiited our crimes and are dealing with them in the full eyes of the world. China and Russia are just..well..you can fill in the words.
