New Years Eve?

Any plans? I'm staying home as usual and watching the ball drop in Times Square.

Re: New Years Eve?

I'm in bed at 11 to watch the late news and read a bit, so will just watch the drop. I've only been to one New Years Eve party... the turn of the century one when we expected the computers would all crash and cause chaos! Nice party though!

Re: New Years Eve?

We will be staying at home as well, will have a drink to the New Year.
But we'll be up alot later than that with the noise from the pub over the road.

Re: New Years Eve?

Another stay at home here I can't be doing with a lot of people (except on the internet, it's one place you can turn people off when you have had enough of them ) .

We're staying at home also - but have friends coming over and staying overnight.
It's snowing now, and is supposed to snow right up to Jan 2. Sure hope it's light snow tho, or nobody's going anywhere!

Re: New Years Eve?

It looks as if snow will be ushering in the New Year on both sides of the Pond! Ugh! NOT a snow lover.

Re: New Years Eve?

I shall be at home alone with my doggies. I don't celebrate it, just another day to me.
