Pan seared lemon pepper Norwegian Salmon
Ingredients:
300 grams Norwegian Salmon (skin on)
2 Tablespoons Garlic Pepper Salt Seasoning
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
Dust the Salmon pieces in the Lemon Pepper Salt seasoning.
In a non-stick frying pan, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and allow to heat.
Add the Salmon to the pan and fry on medium to high heat until done. ( I turn my Salmon on all sides to ensure that it’s evenly cooked).
Remove from heat and place Salmon pieces on a plate.
Deglaze the frying pan with a bit of boiled water and pour over the Salmon pieces.
Serve the Salmon with brown rice and a generous portion of green salad with Balsamic Vinegar dressing.
