A calorie is a small, invisible creature, it lives in your wardrobe and takes in the seams of all your clothes.

No, a calorie is a distant relative of the flu bug - no-one wants them, just makes you miserable if you get a bad, unmoveable dose of them but they affect everyone that wants them the least

A calorie leads you to believe you have to have them - so calories dress themselves up seductively in chocolate, cream and sauces - all the things you are tempted by - Then having persuaded you to take them in, they betray you. They go off and settle on your hips and other conspicuous places. Everybody knows you have been in a liaison with them, but they just sit there and wobble at you and everybody as a reminder of your weakness.
