Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Wrote a great long screed on here this morning and the whole thing has vanished!

Yes I did see the SB Rhosyn and know what you mean about Nicole. If only she wouldn't pull such strange faces!

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Lovely sunshine again today.
Granddaughter and the children are coming to my garden on Monday. As soon as it was given the go ahead that this was allowed she was phoning to say they'd be up.However hard it will be we will keep the correct distance apart. They do live more than 5miles away but not much more- who's to know?! She's missed me as much as I've missed her,we've always had a close bond.
Done all my indoors chores so out the garden for the rest of the day.
Enjoy the sunshine,keep safe.

Just finishing lunch and granddaughter and puppy arrived. Sat on the patio (nearly 6 ft. apart) and played with the puppy. She's grown but still looks just like Lexi. Made me wish ........

As the song says "June is busting out all over"
Went to B&M first thing this morning to get a couple of new things for the children to play with in the garden. They've not seen the toys that are already here since March so they will think they're new too!
Enjoy the sunshine and keep safe.

White - oh too late! Lovely morning, except that it's so breezy the sun umbrella keeps sliding down its support. Have a voucher for the Garden Centre that I was going to spend on a new one but of course haven't been able to get there.

Washing in the machine, lunch in the oven, coffee drunk, what to do next?

My granddaughter gave me a jigsaw-a lovely picture of her family-including their black Lab.It's 1000 (small)pieces.Jigsaws aren't my thing but I'll give it a go!But not in this nice weather. Will be sending for a jigsaw mat so I can do it at my leisure. Are the mats a good buy-Sue?
