Without gravity all our muscles would deteriorate and we would end up all being lumps of wobbly jelly....
Some people have already made a start by watching too many boxed sets....

I think something in the screens has a magnetic attraction for humans, not just TV's but smartphones, tablets and computers. People just don't seem to be able to take their eyes of them like a trance.....

Even exercise will not stop long term deterioration Tabby, that's why they can only stop in the space station for about six months at a time.
