Thank you all for welcoming me and for your advice. I clicked on the link in the email and assume that my account got verified.

It would be good to know if I would be a full member now or if my membership would still be restricted somehow with some rights to be given to me in the course of time? Does anyone know?

Meanwhile, I've completed my profile with some info about me. I've chosen the nick Dachs, guess why, yes, because I have a miniature dachshund that's been with me for nine years now. Another reason being that it's not so easy to find a nick name that's not in use yet.
