Yes, I saw the reports on it, and they did their best. Very disappointed how our voices aren't heard. The way of the world I suppose. Anyway, regarding thrushes....I have a family of them close by me, that I follow every year and love watching how their little family grows up. Magpies are common round here, and there are plenty of raucous arguments between the two species! I hope your Redwings fare better.

We've had a load of blue tits and robins on our feeders today. They've finally found the suet-filled coconut shell too.
