Cookery question.

Was reading a recipe yestermorn that called for 2oz of uncooked radishes. Now - it would never occur to me to cook radishes in the first place. Have any of you cooked them? If so - how, and what did you serve them with?

Re: Cookery question.

Ooer Tabby, I've never heard of cooked radishes either.

Having said that though, I just looked it up and it seems they can be roasted.

Here's some more recipes here, too:

Re: Cookery question.

I have never liked radishes, but I have only tried them in salads!

Having looked at the recipes in Mups's post I am now tempted to try the Chilli-butter smashed radishes.
