Hi Swimmy glad you are getting out and about a bit, it should help to build your stamina.

Commiserations , I am having a leg problem too, it's a beggar isn't it when they won't work In my case I think it is due to increased medication affecting the circulation, it doesn't stop me walking though but some times making it home is not easy .

I think you did brilliantly to walk to the shop & back. Well done you.

When you can do it without stopping for a breather you'll know you're getting better..
