Oi! Don't dismiss women! I think many would be very good at it....plus they wouldn't be seen as a threat, especially if they were pretty. No back up required, that's too busy and would draw attention. Or imagine an older women...just a wee ordinary lady going to the bingo type, rosy cheeked and suddenly she became this super sniper.
