It is my experience that more an more people are realising that leaving can come at a much lower price. £0, in fact, never mind a £40 billion ransom demand.
And forget about May. Very few people now take any notice of her traitorous ramblings. In fact, a growing number of her political colleagues are nearing the instigation of a vote of no confidence in order to remove her.

The pay nothing £0, is a myth.
The UK has signed up to things and we have to meet them.
We have agreed a formula to do so.
Not paying in accordance with International Law will result in the UK paying out more as we would be default and our borrowing costs will soar.
The other half of the payment, the £19 billion we can avoid paying by leaving in March next year without any Transition Period.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to do this and I blame May for this.
