Mags considering the amount of pain you frequently have and the lack of sleep I don't know how you stay so cheerful...

Yes, we all have our pain and life experiences. I'm actually proud about how most of us cope. Myself included. No one is immune to life experiences.

I've tried those Myrtle. I'm convinced it worked for before my driving test. I like the pastilles.

I go for long walks, feed the squirrels and the ducks in the park and eat chocolate, then I'm back to normal!

That would definitely work for me - no squirrels or ducks here
