Talking of traffic cones...I walk down a street after work....the whole street,have put cones out.along the edge of the kerb..to stop people parking there.

That is a public highway...I wonder how they get away with it?

I wouldn't be happy,if I lived down that street.

Are you sure that they haven't been put out pending a roadsweeper's arrival?

No,Dex...I asked one of the neighbours on the other side of the road...she told me,it was so they could get a space,once arriving home from work.

I know..I'm a "busy body"...

Actually I was Pauline, and 'No' most of the postmen and women from our delivery office who wear shorts year round do it for convenience......
