The thief has no fixed abode so how can the authorities enforce the fime and costs awarded against him? Once again, a thief will get away scot-free. They should have jailed him.

As usual, I can't read the article without subscribing to the UK daily mail - which I am obviously not going to do..so..Are we talking about bikers, as in cyclists?...or leisure club motorcycle enthusiasts?..or are we talking about bikers as in Hells Angels or Mongols? Because many so called "bikers" here are criminal gangs that are involved in murder, armed robbery, drug manufacture and distribution and other types of organised crime. And quite a few of them wouldn't know a Ducati from Cannoli. So I guess it's not these kind of bikers that we're talking about. IF not well good on them from me too whatever they did.
