How is it that 370.000 votes better reflect a majority than 780.000 votes? Is that leaver logic or leaver rethoric?

I find it ironic that ramainers who were adamant that the referendum result shouldn't be implemented because it was only advisory despite Cameron's promise to implement it and because young people were under represented are now frantically trying to overturn it using an online petition with no authority and in which the young are probably over represented.
